Senior Director of Member Experience
Brooke Morimoto is the Senior Director of Member Experience for The Family Wealth Alliance.
In this role, Brooke is responsible for strengthening member and sponsor relationships through best-in-class CX, programming, and content, as well as designing comprehensive organizational processes. Prior to joining FWA, Brooke worked in the nonprofit sector in data management and strategic planning roles.
Brooke received her Master's degree in Public Administration from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
